DISPATCH TIMES
Orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day, unless otherwise stated.
All dispatch times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to offer next working day delivery across the UK. However, this is not guaranteed and may vary depending on location and courier performance.
The following areas may experience longer delivery times:
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Channel Islands
- Scottish Highlands
Certain products may also be subject to weight or shipping restrictions.
Some items (such as furniture or large equipment) may be dispatched separately from a different location. Where this applies, we will contact you with further delivery details.

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate when placing your order, including:

- Contact telephone number (mobile preferred)
- Email address
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
MULTIPLE PARCELS
Larger orders or certain product types may be shipped in multiple parcels.
These may:
- Arrive separately
- Be delivered by different drivers
- Be subject to separate tracking updates

PEAK SEASON DELIVERY
During peak periods (including Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas and New Year), we aim to dispatch orders within our normal timeframes.
However, courier services may experience delays or reduced capacity during these times.
Delivery services advertised as “next day” may take 1–2 working days during peak periods. These delays are outside of our control once orders have been dispatched.
We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid disruption to your day-to-day business.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of dispatch, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
GENERAL
All delivery and dispatch times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control are not the responsibility of Starr Tattoo Supplies.
